MEMORIES OF MACKINAW...A SAMPLE 3-DAY VISITDAY 1: MACKINAW CITY Start your fun-filled day with an adventurous visit back in history to one or all of the Mackinac State Historic Parks, or take a historical Mackinaw Trolley Tour. Plan on spending the afternoon touring downtown, shopping,and enjoying the sites and sounds of Mackinaw City. Wind down your exciting day with a leisurely stroll to Mackinac Old Point Park to watch a breathtaking sunset on Lake Michigan beneath the Beautiful Mackinac Bridge. Top off your day with A Taste of Mackinaw..a delicious dinner at 'Neath the Birches, The Lighthouse Restaurant and Lounge or The Blue Water Grill and Bar before you stroll downtown to enjoy the Straits Area Concert Band in Conkling Heritage Park or watch the Laser Light Show in the Mackinaw Crossings. You may want to stay an additional day so you can take in all of the attractions in Mackinaw City and the Mackinac Straits Area...or play a round of golf.
DAY 2: MACKINAC ISLAND Enjoy a
beautiful ride to Mackinac Island on one of the three
Ferry Boats: Allow yourself plenty of time after the Carriage Tour, to tour the historical downtown, shop or rent a bike to see more of Historic Mackinac Island.
DAY 3: MICHIGAN'S UPPER PENINSULA Before you leave for the day, have Anna's Country Buffet pack your Box Lunches for your Upper Peninsula trip. This will be another long day, but you will enjoy! Have your camera ready for the breathtaking view on your trip over the Beautiful Mackinac Bridge.
